When I try to open a web PDF file, I just get a blank/black screen. "Automatic download" is turned off already, so that is not the problem. This just started happening today for no apparent reason. If I go to another browser, the pdf file will open. If I go to incognito, it will open. Sometimes if I use Acrobat it will open. If Acrobat or Reader can open the sample form, then the other PDF could be damaged or the web server could be having problems. If possible, contact the individual or company who manages the website.
